Rediscover your pelvic and core strength and stability over 4 sessions tailored specifically for postpartum healing. Utilizing gentle and nurturing somatic and therapeutic yoga practices participants will explore ways to gain trust in a body that may suddenly feel strange and unfamiliar. Each week will focus on different areas of recovery such as exploration of breath, movement patterns and tools to build a strong foundation, offering a holistic approach to gentle healing that honors the body and mind as you navigate the postpartum experience.
*All abilities welcome. Please bring a yoga mat or a large towel and wear comfortable clothing.
